As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage

Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.
Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping.
