All sex dolls are custom made and production time is 1-2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, typically 1-2 weeks from shipping (UPS 5-10 expedited shipping). You can expect the total build and delivery time of your dream doll to take approximately 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary depending on delivery location). Manufacturing and delivery of products may be delayed due to holidays, anniversaries, or unavoidable circumstances.
As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. If you wish to amend, modify or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase to request the change, confirm availability and may incur additional charges depending on the application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. If there are any obvious problems with the box, please report it to the shipping company.

i love it so much!! the wig is perfect, the entire dress is rly cute and literally everything about this set is amazing <3 i was a bit scared that itll be too small since im 168cm but its perfect. the bust area can be tighten or loosen up which is also rly helpful <3

Outfit is awesome! Perfect condition and the wig aswell is in good condition! The apron is a bit tight but it still fits well! 🙂

Very nice, was actually extremely surprised considering the price. Fits well, looks accurate. Everything is included, bow, cat ears and tail is included. Also thigh highs, that actually fit 😮 Otherwise, came very fast, size is true. Only thing is that it kinda smells odd ahahha And the headdress and apron aren’t really good. I didnt use the cat ears because i knew what they’ll look like, so be aware.

I was a little hesitant to order this at first because there weren’t many reviews, but it’s honestly such a nice cosplay! It arrived in less than a month to Canada. The bust area stretches and the waist can be adjusted at the back. The wig is nice but it will need a bit of styling. My only complaint would be that the ears aren’t very good quality, so you may want to use a different pair. Overall, I’d say this is worth the price! I’ll come back and add photos when I cosplay her!

Only downsides can be: the cat ears are a little small, the tail is soft, and the left and right shoulders are slightly different..
The rest is perfect. The hearts are glued well. Good quality material with bright colors.

This cosplay is awesome! The only thing is I got it in a bigger size which was perfect. It was also hard to move my arms because it was small at the arm hole, hard to get off even with zipper tho.
