Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. I had conversations with the seller, and I ordered a custom for a small fee. They were great to work with.
Shipping time was several weeks because of the custom. But it was reasonable.
When it got here, I was blown away at the beauty and quality. They got the custom perfect. Only problem was that they sent the wrong size. They sent a large (2 sizes from XXL).
I had conversations with the seller again. And, after sending them some pictures with a tape measure beside it, they admitted the mistake, and said they would send another one the correct size. Which meant, remaking a custom. They would even do rush shipping. They were so willing to correct the mistake.
It kind of suck that I had to wait basically twice as long to get it. But wow what a toy. And great seller!
