Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. The part that attaches on the bottom under your crotch can come unbuttoned (?) but otherwise, I’m really liking it! Not a public fit I will say that.

I was over all very happy with the bunny suit. Given the price I knew it wouldn’t be perfect. So there was a few small snags. But nothing to noticeable. I’ve only had the suit for a month so there is still room for more things to go wrong. The only issues I ran into was the small fabric folds that held the clear shoulder straps in place weren’t on well and ripped easily. Causing me to safety pin them in place. And as for the fabric around the breast area it’s very big and doesn’t hug my chest well, making it look a big awkward. But nothing taking it in a bit couldn’t help

it’s really cute and fits well! i normally wear a medium in US women’s clothing, sometimes a small. The straps once you attach them, are rather fragile though and could rip a little.
