When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. All sex dolls are custom made and production time is 1-2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, typically 1-2 weeks from shipping (UPS 5-10 expedited shipping). You can expect the total build and delivery time of your dream doll to take approximately 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary depending on delivery location). Manufacturing and delivery of products may be delayed due to holidays, anniversaries, or unavoidable circumstances.
As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. If you wish to amend, modify or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase to request the change, confirm availability and may incur additional charges depending on the application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too.
