Order confirmation, cancellation and refund

Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Grwat quality except its easy to twist it the wrong way and instead of turning on it pops the top off for access to the battery. Kinda wish the design could be changed so the on/off is completely separate from accessing battery. I’m sure my wife will live it, though.
