Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Read the other reviews from happy women. They apparently are true. I was a bit terrified of this item, and it sure can yank your attention to it! But it does have a strength setting that starts on ‘so low you cant feel it at all’ and you can control its gradual steps up through mild tingle, to mustle-clutch. took stage 4 before my muscles even began to slightly move and that was after a full recharge. the stage jumps are mild. so it’s a very safe unit to experiment with. But it can get -wow omg!- powerful as you climb up toward stage 10. The vibration modes are good too and im glad they are part of this unit. But a vibe is a vibe is a vibe, and this product is about the Tenz.

To charge you have to remove the tail (so to speak) but it is very hard to put back on. The different vibrations are good and strong. I haven’t used it yet but I will soon.
