Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. I selected delivery from the United States and it came in an Amazon box so packaging is discreet. It came in its original packaging box which includes a care card, draw string bag, the toy, the remote and it’s charger. I’ll update after I’ve tested it.

The remote has a piece of paper underneath the battery (CR2032), make sure to remove it before use of the remote. I highly recommend this vibrator!
